تخزن المنصة الاسم والبريد ومعرّف الحساب والدور وكلمة المرور المجزأة وبيانات الجلسة. تشمل بيانات الاستخدام ملفات التواصل وإعدادات الفئة العمرية والشخصية الاختيارية والبطاقات والصور والدروس وتسجيلات الصوت والفيديو التي تختار رفعها والرسائل والمواعيد وتقدم الدروس. تسجل أعداد استخدام البطاقات عند تفعيل التخصيص، وسجلات إدارية لإدارة الحسابات. تستخدم هذه البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة والتخصيص والدعم والأمان.
عند حفظ الاستمارة، نخزن إجابات تفضيلات التواصل واللغة والدعم والاهتمامات والأهداف، وملاحظات الأنشطة والمراجعة مع وقت الحفظ ومعرّف العضو. تُستخدم لاقتراح أنشطة بقواعد واضحة دون تحليل الصوت أو إرسال الاستمارة إلى خدمة AI لتوليد الاقتراح. إذا طلبت سماع التوصية أو الأنشطة عبر ElevenLabs، يُرسل نص الشرح المحدد بعد موافقتك كما هو موضح أدناه. يستطيع أعضاء الملف الاطلاع عليها؛ يستطيع أعضاء التعديل والمالك تحديثها، ويستطيع المالك حذف الخطة والاستمارة وملاحظاتها من داخل التطبيق. تُحفظ آخر نسخة فقط، وتُحذف مع حذف ملف التواصل. المسودة قبل الحفظ تبقى في ذاكرة الصفحة وتُمسح عند تغيير الملف أو تسجيل الخروج أو إغلاق الصفحة. استخدم بيانات تجريبية فقط في هذه النسخة.
Optional learning plans store saved communication, language, access, interest and goal preferences, activity observations, and the latest review with the member ID and save time. Transparent rules suggest activities without analyzing audio or sending the questionnaire to an AI service to generate the suggestion. If you request recommendation or activity narration through ElevenLabs, the selected narration text is sent after consent as described below. Profile members may view them; managers and editors may update them. Managers can delete the questionnaire, observations and plan in the app. Only the latest version is retained; deleting the communication profile also deletes its plan. Unsaved drafts remain in page memory and are cleared on profile change, logout or page closure. Use synthetic data only in this prototype.

افتح «أمان حسابي» ثم «حذف حسابي». بعد التحقق بكلمة المرور والتأكيد، يُحذف الحساب وجميع ملفات التواصل التي يملكها ومحتواها من قاعدة البيانات النشطة، وتُنهى جميع جلساته. تُحذف عضوياته ورسائله وتقدمه ومواعيده ومراجعاته الشخصية. تبقى اللوحات والدروس والاستمارات التابعة لملفات يملكها الآخرون لديهم دون ربطها بالحساب المحذوف. الحذف نهائي ويفقد أعضاء الفريق الوصول إلى الملفات المحذوفة.
تحتفظ المنصة ببيانات الحساب والمحتوى لتقديم الخدمة إلى حين حذف المحتوى أو معالجة طلب حذف الحساب. تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ بالسجلات والنسخ الاحتياطية بحسب إعدادات الاستضافة؛ لا نعد بالحذف الفوري لجميع النسخ. يمكنك إدارة المحتوى المسموح لك به وطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر البريد أعلاه. قد نتحقق من ملكية الحساب. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك.
يجب أن يتولى ولي الأمر أو شخص مخول إدارة بيانات الأطفال ومشاركتها. استخدم أقل قدر من البيانات ولا ترفع سجلات طبية أو تعليمية حساسة. مَلْفَى أداة تواصل وليس خدمة تشخيص أو علاج أو طوارئ.

In the app, open Account security, then Delete my account. After password verification and explicit confirmation, the account and all communication profiles it owns, including their media and plans, are deleted from the active database and all sessions end. Memberships, messages, personal progress, appointments and reviews are removed. Shared boards, lessons and questionnaires belonging to other profile owners remain with them without attribution to the deleted account. Deletion is permanent and team members lose access to deleted profiles.

The online service stores account name, email, identifiers, role, hashed password and sessions; communication profiles and optional age/character settings; uploaded photos, lesson audio and video; messages, events and lesson progress. Card-use counts are recorded when personalization is enabled. Administrative audit records support account management.
Data supports functionality, personalization, support and security. Profile members access content according to their permissions. Authorized administrators access account-management information and support conversations. Render hosts the service and may process technical request logs and IP addresses.
The native offline speech board uses system voices and does not save or send sentences to MALFA servers. Camera and microphone use is optional and requires permission. External AI is off by default. If enabled for a profile and configured on the service, text explicitly submitted for rewriting is sent to OpenAI. This flow does not automatically send photos or message history. Do not include personal information in rewrite requests.
Data is retained to provide the service until content is removed or an account deletion request is processed. Hosting log and backup retention depends on infrastructure configuration; immediate deletion of every copy is not promised. Request access, correction or deletion from your registered email. Ownership verification may be required. Never send passwords.
A parent or authorized adult should manage children's data. Avoid uploading sensitive medical or educational records. MALFA is a communication tool, not a diagnosis, treatment or emergency service. Changes are posted here with an updated date.

يمكن اختيار «استخدم صوت الجهاز» أو الرجوع إليه من إعدادات الملف. لوحة «صوتي دون إنترنت» الأصلية تبقى باستخدام أصوات الجهاز. سياسة خصوصية ElevenLabs.
Device speech is the default. A profile manager can select ElevenLabs when the service is configured. Each user must consent before the first transmission for a profile in a session. Pressing Speak sends only the selected text to ElevenLabs to generate audio. Photos, microphone recordings, profile names and conversation history are not automatically sent. Selected text may itself contain personal information; use synthetic data only for now. Internet access and service credits are required.
MALFA does not persist the submitted text or generated audio in its database or browser storage. Audio is held in page memory during playback and released on stop, completion or leaving the context. API audio is excluded from service-worker caching. An aggregate daily character count and temporary account request limits control usage. Stopping cancels browser waiting/playback, but may not cancel provider charges for a request already received. Provider retention depends on the service account settings, plan and ElevenLabs policies; zero retention is not promised. Deleting a MALFA account does not guarantee deletion of provider-held copies; contact support for related privacy requests. Use device speech at any time. The native Offline voice tab continues to use device voices.
